Request deletion of your Whispa data.
Use this page to ask Whispa support to delete data linked to your Whispa ID.
Before You Request Deletion
Open Whispa, go to Settings, and copy your Whispa ID. We need this ID to find the anonymous account connected to your app.
If you cannot access the app, describe the issue in your message and include any payment reference or details that can help us locate your account.
What May Be Deleted
We can delete or anonymize app data linked to your Whispa ID, including your anonymous profile, posts, comments, replies, reactions, notification token, and Campus Hub submissions where possible.
What May Be Kept
Some records may be kept where required for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute handling, or legal compliance. This can include payment references, report history, and moderation logs.
